An essayist and short story writer, Andrew Lam, former editor at New America Media, is the author of two memoirs: Perfume Dreams: Reflections on the Vietnamese Diaspora, and East Eats West: Writing in Two Hemispheres, and a book of short stories, Birds of Paradise Lost. He’s finishing up his second book of stories.
